Many Temu users have been confused by a feature on the Temu website or app that says “Urging Shippment”. There isn’t much information regarding this feature online so many people have been quite confused.

The world of online delivery has made huge advances. Will so many delivery companies becoming more advanced, it’s so hard to keep up with these new features.

When you’re about to purchase an item on Temu, you will see this option in the order section. Urge shipment typically refers to the time it takes to ship an item.

In this article, I am going to explain what urge shipment means in Temu and other details about the feature. Such as how much it costs to make your shipment more urge and what happens when you choose this feature

What Does Urge Shipment Mean on Temu?

If you have chosen the urging shipment option, it means that the facility will hurry up with your order so it comes quicker than a standard order.

Ugening shipping on Temu is an option for when you want your shipment to be delivered faster.

This option doesn’t come about automatically, you have to request it if you want your shipping quicker. You can only do this when you’re about to make an order.

Urgin shipment usually doesn’t come at an extra cost when you choose this feature. Standard deliveries, come at a cost of $12.99 for orders under $99.

They also take up to 7 to 15 working days whereas an urged order will typically come in 1 to 2 working days.

Urge shipping is an option for every order, it doesn’t matter how big, small, or expensive it is.

If you do wish to cancel an order that was urgent, you will have to cancel the order entirely which I will be showing you how to do later on in this article.

What Happens When You Choose Urging Shippment

Once you choose the urging shipment option, your delivery will usually come quicker if it was originally meant to come in a few days.

You won’t be charged any extra fees depending on the order. Temu will assign your order to a shipment company that delivers it much quicker than a standard delivery company.

They will prioritize your parcel to make sure that it arrives before the standard parcels they usually deliver. If your item is more expensive then you will probably have to pay a fee for this.

In short, the order is given more priority by the dispatchers and anyone/company involved in the delivery of your shipment.

Can You Cancel the Urging Shipment

If you have chosen the urge shipment option but you want to cancel your order, then you will just have to cancel it the normal way. Just like canceling a normal order.

If you don’t want to go this route, then you can just send your order number to Temu support and they will do it for you.

However, it’s important to remember that when canceling your order, you will want to do it before the delivery has been dispatched. Once it has been dispatched, there is no going back.

So in the case that you have, chosen to urge the shipment, it will be wiser to do it manually rather than wait for Temu support to do it.

To Cancel Your Order:

  1. Open Temu and log in
  2. Go to your profile located in the bottom left
  3. Click on Your Order
  4. Find the order you want to cancel
  5. Select cancel
  6. Follow the prompts on your screen then click “I want to cancel Items”
  7. Click on all items then press submit

This should stop your order from being dispatched. You can only get a refund if you cancel the order before it is dispatched.
