To see all the duets to a video on Tiktok, you will have to go to the search bar and type in the @username of the person whose duets you want to see. Then, next to that, you type ‘Duets’ and click enter. For example, ‘Duets @username.’
There is another way to do this, but that is your best bet so far. Be prepared that Tiktok may not show you all the duets to that video for whatever reason, but we will have to wait and see in case that brings out a feature for this.

Expanding on my previous point, I’m going to give you a step-by-step on how to do this in case of yore just confused.

- Click on the search icon along the bottom
- At the top, put ‘Duets @username.’
- Fill in the username part with their actual username
- Hit search
There you have it. Remember, just because you don’t see any videos doesn’t mean the method didn’t work. It could just be that no one has duetted that particular video which I expand on in my next point.
If the steps above don’t work, then you can also try ‘#duets @username.’ This also goes the same for stitches. It would be the same process, ‘stitch @username.’
Click on The Sound of The Video
Above I explain the longer but better way to see the duets in a video. However that method may be a bit tedious for you, and you may want a quicker way of doing it.
I found this way to be better in some cases as it gives you new duets you may not have seen before.
To see duets on Tiktok, you have to click on the sound of the video. You only want to see duets too. The sound button of the video is located on the bottom right of the video. It will be a spinning circling with text written next to it.
Once you have clicked this button, you should be presented with a list of other videos using this sound or a lot of duets, especially if the user has specially asked viewers to make duets on TikTok.
If you don’t see any duets in the sound section, then it is probably because the video isn’t popular enough or the sound is too popular. Videos with over 100k likes will usually have plenty of duets you can watch
Keep in mind that the video user must have made it their sound. If not, then they would have probably used a very popular sound on TikTok and has perhaps been used in hundreds of thousands of videos. In this case, viewing any duets to that video would be impossible
How To See Who Duetted Your Video?
If you just made a video and want to see the duets to it, let’s face it. It’s probably funny then I’m going to show you how.
Be aware that your video must be somewhat viral to see any duets. I’d say at least 10k plus view. Viewing your duets is an excellent way to see how your followers interact with your contact.
If duets to your video are very interactive, then I would say you have a strong following or an excellent video.
You are seeing duets can help you interact with your followers better and can result in a viral chain of videos that will benefit your account in terms of increasing followers.
To see more duets in your videos, you can create a challenge or ask people to react to your video. For example if you ask a question in your video you can tell people to answer it in your duet.
To see duets of your video on TikTok, you should go to your search bar and type in @ followed by your username.

You’ve just seen a video that you think you can make a duet to, so you want to proceed to make a duet.
Duets can grow your account, especially if the creator of the video you want to duet wants to create for your duet. This can grow your account and also create diverse content. To create a duet, you will have to
- Open the Tiktok app
- Find a video you want to duet
- Click the share button
- Click Duet Video
Now you can create your duet for this video. Sometimes when the creator wants you to create a duet, there will be a big button on the video itself, which isn’t hard for you to miss and allows you to click and duet.
Great, now you have created a duet. Other people will be able to see this by either clicking the sound or using the search method.
Things You Should Know About Duets and Stitches
You can not create a duet or stitch to every video you see on Tiktok. Tiktok has privacy restrictions that allow creators to turn off duets just before they publish a video.
You can also turn off duets after the video has been published. This can be very frustrating as it stops you from doing what you want with the video.
You can still create duets using third-party applications, but the quality once posted on Tiktok may not be great, so it is up to you whether or not you want to make that decision, whatever it takes to go viral.

If the creator is big enough, this will get you more views on your TikTok. These are some main reasons why duets are so crucial on the TikTok platform.
Duets are also easier to create than a normal video, so you are more likely to create duetted videos at scale as you do not have to be that creative when filming a duet.
Essentially you’re just reacting to the video you’re dueted. This stops you from wasting your time thinking of video ideas to create.

When you create a duet, it is usually to a video that is already trending. This means that most people would have probably seen that video already, which means that they will be more inclined to react to that duet as they have already formed an opinion on the video you’re duetting.
